Story behind our sweet confections...

Both imaginative and traditional in our choice of ingredients and look for our sweet creations, we exhaust every possible combination of nuts, chocolates, fruits, creams and much more to create a wonderful array of european-style desserts. We are famous for our european flour-less layered cakes (tortes), small cookies, strudels, tartes & pies, cupcakes, brownies and many more. We use a lot powdered or chopped nuts (traditional european dessert making process). We also use a lot of our home-made preserves in our recipes (both savoury and sweet) as well as produce from our garden. Enjoy!
