We can tailor a menu to fit your special occasion, drawing from our large collection of recipes in European traditions. We adjust our traditional recipes to feature local and seasonal ingredients as well as North-American influences. We believe that our choice of freshest produce, contemporary inspirations, and techniques that reflect old world traditions blend to form exceptional, traditional and gourmet cuisine. We also use a lot of our home-made preserves in our recipes (both savoury and sweet) as well as produce from our garden. Unhurried, hand crafted, step by step, using quality ingredients to create the best result.
