 Story behind our gluten-free creations...

Being sensitive to the increasing requirements of restricted diets, our mission is to create delicious baked goods and savoury treats that taste sooooo good that you and your guests won't notice that it is gluten-free. We use tasty nut flours and nut oils in our baking and freshest and finest gluten-free ingredients in our savoury menu. We also use a lot of our home-made preserves in our recipes (both savoury and sweet) as well as produce from our garden. Although we do our best, we are not certified gluten-free and therefore we cannot guarantee the absolute absence of cross-contamination. We do use however 100% gluten-free ingredients in creation of this menu. Our menu is continuously expanding and evolving to offer you the experience of extraordinary, innovative and creative entertaining solutions.
